I heard that I could earn money by telling my friends about Solavei. How does that work?

A Trio consists of three members who are directly connected to a single member. There are four ways to earn money through Solavei. The first is through a fast action bonus that is determined by how many Trio’s you signup within your first 60 days. For example: four trio’s would pay a $650 bonus. You also earn trio pay, which pays you $20 each month for every trio in your personal network. Example: if you have three trio’s in your personal network you would earn $60 each month, which is enough to pay for your Solavei cell phone service each month! Will iPhone’s work with Solavei?
This is one of the most frequently asked questions, as the percentage of iPhone users is extremely high and continues to grow. You can use an iPhone with the Solavei plan if it is a GSM sim card enabled device. The iPhones manufactured for AT&T and T-Mobile will work provided that they are unlocked. Many cell phone stores offer unlocking service and there are also several websites that will unlock your device as well. If you do not currently have a compatible iPhone some retailers sell unlocked devices as an added convenience. Unfortunately, iPhones that were used on the Verizon and Sprint networks will not work.

How is Solavei different from my current cell phone provider?
The main difference has to do with how Solavei is promoted when compared to the other cell phone companies. If I Need To Unlock My Solavei Phone, What Do I Do?
You have a couple of options for unlocking your phone.
- If you’ve been with your carrier for a while, you can contact them and say you need your SIM unlock code. They might give you problems but they should do it for you and it will usually take around 7 days to receive the unlock code
- There are many sites that will unlock your phone for you for a fee. These sites usually do this pretty fast and you’ll normally receive the unlock code in less than 12 hours

- This is an ebay store and the prices are the cheapest around http://stores.ebay.com/UnlockFusion
- This site is a bit more expensive but seems to work well http://www.cell-unlock-now.com/

Are there any contracts and do I have to pay a cancellation fee if I do cancel my account?
You absolutely do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your account because guess what….NO MORE CONTRACTS! That’s right, you are never locked into any sort of contract. I don’t know about you but I feel this weight lifted off my shoulders when think about not having to be locked into another contract. You’re free to cancel anytime WITHOUT any EFT charge.

Can I become just an affiliate and not actually be on Solavei’s network?
Yes, you can! For members that only want to be part of the community and earn from sharing Solavei to their friends and family, there is a fee of $150 annually. There are certain instances where someone may live in an area that Solavei’s coverage may not reach. Solavei does not want to keep them from joining the community just because they can’t actually get the service so they have this option in place. *Only members that have the the Solavei service will be counted towards their sponsors trio’s*

Can I keep my old phone number?
Yes, you absolutely can! What you’re going to want to do is NOT cancel your existing account. Once you receive your Solavei SIM card for your Solavei approved phone you will receive an email explaining how to port your number. Once your number is ported, your old service with your old carrier will be cancelled. MAKE SURE TO NOT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL YOUR NUMBER IS PORTED OVER TO SOLAVEI’S NETWORK. If you cancel your account before your number is ported, you will lose your number! Once your number is ported, make sure to call your old carrier to confirm your account was successfully canceled.

Can I use my existing phone on Solavie’s network?
When you sign up for service with Solavei you can select from one of the smart phones offered, or you may use your own provided as long as it is an unlocked GSM phone. If you are currently using a sim card enabled GSM cell phone you can check the compatibility HERE by simply entering your devices IMEI, and it will instantly let you know if your current phone will work on the network. If your current cell phone is not compatible you have the option of selecting a new phone during the signup process or you can purchase an unlocked GSM phone from places like Ebay or Amazon for a decent price.
